Chinese audio brand TANCHJIM has officially unveiled its first ever flathead earphone model, the PINTO, at the 2026 Hong Kong High-End Audio & Visual Show. The new release marks the brand’s entry into the flathead segment, offering a modern twist on a classic form factor

Key Features of TANCHJIM PINTO:

  • DMT5 dual-magnetic-circuit, long-stroke dynamic driver, overcoming the limitations of the traditional single inner/outer magnetic structure used in flathead earbuds, delivering more powerful dynamics and superior transient performance.
  • Asymmetrical coupling design: The housing has been meticulously developed using extensive ear-shape data, providing excellent acoustic sealing and a highly secure, ergonomic fit in the ear. The design significantly reduces the sound leakage typically associated with traditional flathead earbuds, allowing for more direct high-frequency transmission and a more immediate, intimate presentation.

The PINTO was available for exclusive hands-on auditioning at the TANCHJIM booth (E03, Hall 3) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from August 7–9, 2026.

Pricing and global availability have not yet been announced. The units on display are prototypes, and final production designs may vary.
